Change password logged in as that user

NOTE: This is how to change the MANAGER password, as you must be logged in as MANAGER to change it. If you have forgotten the MANAGER password and can't log in you can reset your  password another way - Read more >

1. On the menu bar click Settings, point to User Management then click Change Your Password.
   
   Sage 50 Accounts v26 and below - On the menu bar click Settings, then click Change Password.
   
   
2. If prompted, enter your current password then click OK.
3. Enter the new password into the Password and Confirm Password boxes.
4. If prompted, enter a security question and answer to help with future password resets.
5. Click OK.

Change a user's password logged in as MANAGER

1. On the menu bar click Settings, point to User Management then click Users.
   
   In Sage 50 Accounts v26 and below - On the menu bar click Settings, then click Access Rights.
   
   
2. Click the username then click Edit.
3. Click Profile, then click Change Password, enter and confirm the new password, click Finish then click Save.
   
   In Sage 50 Accounts v25 and v26 - Click Change Password, enter and confirm the new password then click OK.
   
   In Sage 50 Accounts v24 and below - Enter the new password then click OK.
