If you have problems installing Sage 50 Accounts, you can install it directly from the installation files. Let's do this now.

 TIP: If you don't have install issues, you can download and install the latest version of Sage 50 Accounts.

Sage 50 Accounts v30 and above

1. Press the Windows key  + R.
2. Type %temp% and click OK.
3. Double-click the Sage Accounts_version number (for example 28.1) folder. 
4. Double-click the Packages folder.
5. Double click the Sage.Accounts.Data.Exchange.Adapter.Setup.msi and follow the wizard.
    NOTE: After installing the adapter, you may be prompted to restart Windows. Do this before continuing to the next step. 
6. Double-click Sage50Accounts_DataAccess.msi and follow the wizard.
   If you're installing the Sage Data Service on the computer or server where your Sage Accounts data is held, you only need to run the Sage50Accounts_DataAccess.msi file.
   

    TIP: If prompted to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 redistribution package, click OK. Download and install the 32 bit version of the package, vc_redist.x86.exe, then install the Data Access Components again. The download is found in the Redist folder alongside the Packages folder.

7. Double-click Sage50Accounts_Client.msi and follow the wizard.
8. Double-click Sage50Accounts_ReportPack.msi and follow the wizard.
9. Double-click Sage50Accounts_ODBC_x64.msi 64-bit operating systems only and follow the wizard.
10. Double click Sage50Accounts_SageNetwork.msi and follow the wizard.
11. Double click

     

    EBankingCoreInstaller.msi and follow the wizard.
12. Double click TMailSetup.msi and follow the wizard

Sage 50 Accounts v24 to v29.2

1. Press the Windows key  + R.
2. Type %temp% and click OK.
3. Double-click the Sage Accounts_version number (for example 28.1) folder. 
4. Double-click the Packages folder.
5. Double-click Sage50Accounts_DataAccess.msi and follow the wizard.
   
   If you're installing the Sage Data Service on the computer or server where your Sage Accounts data is held, you only need to run the Sage50Accounts_DataAccess.msi file.

6. Double-click Sage50Accounts_Client.msi and follow the wizard.
7. Double-click Sage50Accounts_ReportPack.msi and follow the wizard.
8. Double-click Sage50Accounts_ODBC_x64.msi 64-bit operating systems only and follow the wizard.
9. In Sage 50 Accounts v29.2 and above - Double click Sage50Accounts_Lockstep.msi and follow the wizard.

Sage 50 Accounts v23 and below

1. Press the Windows key  and press R.
2. Type %temp% then click OK.
3. Double-click the Sage Accounts folder.
4. Double-click Sage 50 Accounts v23 or Sage 50 Accounts v23.msi and follow the wizard.

Sage 50 Accounts v22 and v21

Follow the steps above for v23 and below, but in the Sage Accounts folder, right-click InstallV or InstallV.exe then click Run as administrator and follow the wizard.
