| Resolution | To resolve this issue, disable the 'Use FIPS compliant algorithms for encryption' in your Windows settings. - Press the Windows key + R.
- In the Run window, enter secpol.msc then click OK.
The Local Security Policy winows appears.
- Expand Local Policies and click Security Options.
- Scroll down and double-click System crypography: Use FIPS compliant alogorithms for encrpytion, hashing, and signing.

- Select Disabled then click OK and close the Local Security Policy window.
NOTE: If you create a new company with the FIPS settings enabled, when you log back into the company you're prompted to set security questions/password even though the password has already been set.
