Retrieve your software details

To upgrade your software, or to activate additional modules, you need your serial number, activation key and sometimes your account number.

If you have your account number and postcode you can quickly retrieve these details using the form below, alternatively you can retrieve all of this information from your My Sage online account >

NOTE: If you're based in the Republic of Ireland and don't have a postcode, you can select the check box and use the last 5 digits of the organisation's telephone number instead.
