| Resolution | Online banking login detailsTo set up bank feeds, you need your online banking login details to hand.
Check your bank is compatible- In Sage 50 Accounts, click Bank feeds.
- Locate the bank account you want to connect to bank feeds in the list.
- Click Connect bank.
- If you haven't connected, a Sage account message appears, click Continue.
Read more- Enter your First Name and Last Name.
Make sure you are the right person to do this. These details are used to manage all your online connected services for this company.
- Click Yes, I am the right person.
- Check and, if required, amend your company information, then click Continue.
- Enter your Sage account Email and Password and click Log in and continue to step 9.
If you don't have one, click Create account and follow the steps to create one.
- Enter your Name, Password and Confirm Password, then click Sign Up.
- Check your emails and enter the Code you have received, then click Verify email.
- The Success! Your company is now connected window appears, click Close.
You are now returned to the relevant features setup.
- On the Connect your bank screen, ensure the right country is selected.
You can now use the Find your bank search box to enter the name of your bank, or check the list of popular banks in the Or choose from these banks list. If your bank doesn't appear, it's not currently available to use with Bank feeds.
 - Once you find your bank, to check if your account type is supported, select the bank, click Continue and you should then be able to log in via your Online Banking.
