Flag a contact has left your business in My Sage

NOTE: You must be a Web Admin user to access the Account contacts option in My Sage and to follow the steps below. 

  1. Visit my.sage.co.uk then click Sign in.
  2. Enter your My Sage Login Email and Password and click Log in.
  3. If prompted, click Select for the required company.
  4. Click the Account tab, then click Account contacts.
  5. Click Edit next to the relevant contact, select the This contact has left my business checkbox. 
  6. Click Submit then click Back to your contacts.
  7. Under the Contacts who have left your business section, locate the contact and click Edit.
  8. Ensure Can access financials? is set to No, if it's set to Yes click Remove access to financials, and click Yes.
  9. Click Remove access to your account, a prompt appears to say if you change the account status, an email will be sent to the account contact. Are you sure you want to change the access? 
  10. Click Yes the contact no longer has access to your My Sage.
