| Resolution | NOTE: You must be a Web Admin user to access the Account contacts option in My Sage and to follow the steps below. - Visit my.sage.co.uk then click Sign in.
- Enter your My Sage Login Email and Password and click Log in.
- If prompted, click Select for the required company.
- Click the Account tab, then click Account contacts.
- Click Edit next to the relevant contact, select the This contact has left my business checkbox.
- Click Submit then click Back to your contacts.
- Under the Contacts who have left your business section, locate the contact and click Edit.
- Ensure Can access financials? is set to No, if it's set to Yes click Remove access to financials, and click Yes.
- Click Remove access to your account, a prompt appears to say if you change the account status, an email will be sent to the account contact. Are you sure you want to change the access?
- Click Yes the contact no longer has access to your My Sage.
