When you purchase Sage software, your serial number and activation key are included in your confirmation email.

You need them and sometimes your account number, to register your software or activate additional modules.

Don't worry if you don't have these details to hand, if you've registered your software, you can easily find them online in My Sage.

You can use the tool on the link below to retrieve your serial number and activation key if you know your Sage Account Number.

 TIP: If you don't know your account number, you can find your details through your MySage online account instead.  

Obtain your details manually from MySage

1. Visit my.sage.co.uk and click Sign in.
2. Enter your Sage account Email and Password then click Log in.
   If you're linked to more than one account, click Select on the relevant company.
3. Click Software, then click Active products.
4. Click the serial number for the relevant product or package.
   The activation key, as well as any relevant licence details appear.
5. Make a note of your Serial number, Activation key and Account number.
