Sage account allows you to access services like My Sage, Remote Data Access and other connected services, and there may be times you've forgotten your password. Don't worry we have simple steps below to change your password.

Before you start

Just so you know, these steps change your password for My Sage and any other connected services you use. 

Reset your password

It's really easy to do:

1. Visit my.sage.co.uk then click Sign in.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the Email used for your Sage account, then click Continue.
4. Check your emails for the Password reset email.

5. In the email, click the link to reset your password.
6. Enter and confirm your New Password, then click Submit.

You can now log in to your Sage account using your new password.

NOTE: If your account has been locked due to numerous failed login attempts, resetting your password using the process above will also remove the lock and allow you to login again. For more information see this help guide >
