If you enter your password incorrectly three times in a row, your account is automatically locked for 5 minutes.

If this happens, you have three options:

• Option 1 - wait five minutes until the account automatically unlocks.
• Option 2 - force account to unlock by resetting your password.
• Option 3 - create a new My Sage login using a different email address.
