Create a My Sage login
Description

When you log in to the My Sage website you can view your account information, check your invoices and account balance, download software, and more. To use My Sage you must create a login. It's easy to do so let's take a look.

Cause
Resolution
  1. Visit my.sage.co.uk then click New to My sage? Create login here



  2. Enter your Email address, First Name and Last Name.
  3. Enter and confirm the Password you want to use. This must be between 8 and 20 characters long and contain at least one capital letter, lower-case letter and number.
  4. Click Sign Up.
  5. You'll now receive an email containing a verification code. If you don't see this email in your Inbox, check your spam or junk mail folders.
  6. Enter the Code you receive and click Verify email.

You'll now be prompted to Set up 2-factor authentication


Once 2-factor authentication (2FA) has been set up, you can continue setting up your My Sage account.

  1. Select I am a new or existing Sage Customer, Business Partner, Accountant or Developer.
  2. Click Next, enter your contact details, click Next, then enter your Sage account details.
    TIP: You only need to enter two of the three items of information to identify any existing accounts.
  3. Click Next.

You now see one of two messages:

  • If a message appears advising that you've been linked to your Sage account, you're ready to start using My Sage. If you have more than one Sage account, you can now Link your My Sage account login to a second account >
  • If your Sage account already has an online administrator, a message appears advising that the online administrator must approve an email notification to grant your access. This is another person in your company, for example, the person who originally set up the Sage account, or the person who normally deals with Sage. They must follow our steps for Giving a user access to a My Sage account before you can access the account
