Cause

This message can appear due to:

  • An incorrect password
  • An incorrect email address
  • The activation email hasn't been received
  • Logging into Sage 50 Accounts Remote Data Access after changing the email address on your Sage Account. Read more >
Resolution

Lots of customers have found that these steps have resolved this problem:

  1. Reset your password by clicking Forgot your password? in the Sage Sign On screen and follow the prompts. Read more >

  2. Try logging in again and make sure your email address is correct.
  3. Create a My Sage account for the email address you're using.
  4. If your account hasn't been activated yet, you can resend the activation email to enable you to activate it.
