Error - 'Access is denied' when trying to access certain areas of My Sage
Description

This occurs when your My Sage permissions don't have the required privileges. This may be due to containing sensitive company information.

For this reason you may receive the following message:

Let's try and get you access. Here are the steps we recommend you follow:

  • Try logging out and in again. 
  • Contact the user at your company who is set up as the Online Account Administrator and ask them to grant you access.

  • On some pages, there is an option to Send request in order to gain access.

    Once sent, the Online Account Administrator must accept your request.

  • Alternatively, click Log out, and try again using the log in details of a user with online admin rights.

 TIP: If you are logging in as online account admin you may need to use incognito window or clear cache & cookies.
